Chimiver Code of Ethics

Organisational set-up and prevention of responsibilities.

Chimiver has defined and implemented a model of organization, management and control that reflects its values. It is a governance model that involves all the employees, the management, corporate bodies and stakeholders in company intended to prevent the risks of the business and built to prevent crimes and fraudulent acts within the characteristic business processes.

This process, which is inspired by the methodology of legislative decree 231/01, supports, integrates and coordinates with other regulatory requirements which Chimiver has adapted to as obligations in safety and health in working places, privacy, use and disposal of hazardous materials, prevention of environmental risks, money laundering, etc.

Chimiver within this prevention process has been developing its own code of ethics, which translates and summarizes the ethical and moral principles of the company in good behaviour protocols.
